Welcome to Visaa.co, an educational consulting platform operated by MAX Visa Consultant & Immigration (Private) Limited (SECP CUIN: 0255112). By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Visaa.co provides study abroad consultancy, which includes university selection, admission application processing, document guidance, and student visa application assistance. We act as an intermediary between the student and the educational institutions/embassies.

2. No Visa Guarantee

While we pride ourselves on a high success rate and expert guidance, we do not guarantee university admissions or visa approvals.

• The final decision regarding admission rests solely with the respective university's admission board.
• The issuance of a visa is entirely at the discretion of the respective country's embassy, consulate, or high commission. Visaa.co cannot influence the decision of any immigration authority.

3. Client Responsibilities & Document Authenticity

As a client, you bear the sole responsibility for the authenticity of the information and documents you provide.

• You must provide accurate, genuine, and legally valid documents (including academic transcripts, financial statements, and language test scores).
• If an application is rejected due to fraudulent, forged, or misrepresented documents provided by the client, Visaa.co holds absolutely no liability, and all consultancy services will be terminated immediately without a refund.
• Clients must attend any required medical examinations, biometrics, or embassy interviews on time as scheduled.

4. Fees and Refund Policy

Our financial policies are designed to be transparent and fair:

• Consultancy Fees: Any initial processing or consultancy fees paid to Visaa.co are strictly non-refundable once the application process has been initiated.
• Third-Party Fees: Visa application fees, university application fees, health insurance charges, and courier charges are paid directly to third parties (embassies, universities, etc.) and are subject to their respective refund policies. Visaa.co is not responsible for refunding these charges.
• University Tuition Refunds: If a visa is refused, the refund of university tuition deposits will be processed according to the specific university's refund policy. We will assist in the refund process, but the timeline and final amount are determined by the institution.

5. Limitation of Liability

Visaa.co and its parent company, MAX Visa Consultant & Immigration (Pvt) Ltd, shall not be held liable for:

• Any delays caused by the university, embassy, or courier services.
• Changes in immigration laws, visa policies, or university entry requirements that occur after the submission of an application.
• Any financial loss, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress resulting from a visa refusal.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
